I’m unequivocally committed to providing top-tier constituent services. For more than a decade, District 40’s Councilmember has failed on many fronts, none more glaringly obvious than with his efforts, or lack thereof, towards providing quality Constituent Services. My team and I will be eager to help with the issues that District 40 residents have, no matter how big or small they might be.
Ensure Community Boards include adequate representation of underrepresented populations, including immigrants, working-class people, people of color, young people, senior citizens, union members, small business owners, LGBTQ people, homeowners, renters, NYCHA residents, disabled people, and religious and ethnic minorities.
Hosting monthly, open to the public, meetings where constituents can directly ask my staff and I questions to ensure maximum accountability.
Provide top-tier, multilingual constituent services by responding quickly to inquiries and ensuring that every issue is received with thoughtfulness, dignity, and intention.
