The situation revolving around COVID-19 will hopefully be resolved by the time I take office, but there is a chance it might not be. In either case, NYC needs to take dramatic action.
With a COVID-19 vaccine now ready for market, it is critical that it be provided to all New Yorkers for free and in a timely manner, starting with our frontline healthcare workers, the elderly, teachers, and other essential workers.
Increase access to telemedicine to all New Yorkers.
Support efforts for pandemic preparedness in the case of a future epidemic.
